Once you book your initial visit, you'll receive an email with your intake form. Please complete it before your appointment - it helps us make the most of our time together.
Your first visit is 60–75 minutes. We'll thoroughly investigate your health history to get to the root of your concerns and plan out your goals together. Bring any recent lab results or medical records if you have them.
In your follow-up visit, we'll start your healing journey by discussing your new individualized plan. Follow-up visits are 30, 45, or 60 minutes - we'll check in on your progress, adjust your plan, and do any troubleshooting.

Visit fees are HST exempt & most extended health care plans provide partial to full coverage for naturopathic visits. Touch base with your own insurance provider to find out more.
I accept payment by credit card or e-transfer. Receipts are provided for all visits.
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of your booked visit.
